Sheer Transformations – Gym Portraits

I’ve always been old school when it comes to exercise….pump iron 3-4 times a week changing body parts with each visit and jog just as often for as long as you can.  Fads have come and gone over the years which I have never been interested in entertaining, so I really didn’t know what to expect when I turned up to shoot a workout with Sheer Transformations.  It didn’t take me long to realise these guys really know what they are doing.  They take the old school methods (and some new ones) include the intensity of CrossFit but provide a much more personal experience tailored for the individual.  It was such a breath of fresh air to work with their team.   This ain’t no fad….I think they are here to stay!
